Data Governance & Privacy Consultant (Riyadh)

About the role

Capco is seeking a Data Governance & Privacy Consultant to join its Riyadh office on a hybrid basis. You will work with leading financial services organisations to design, implement and embed robust data privacy and protection frameworks that meet global regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on data privacy regulations, policies and controls across the data lifecycle.
• Assess data processing activities and support privacy risk and impact assessments.
• Design and implement privacy frameworks, operating models and governance structures.
• Partner with technology, legal and business teams to embed privacy‑by‑design principles.
• Support regulatory readiness, audits and ongoing compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in data privacy, data protection or information governance roles.
• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and data protection principles.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, business‑ready solutions.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders across legal, technology and business functions.
• Excellent communication skills with full Arabic fluency.
