Data Management Manager

About the role

T&S Digital, a leading Saudi digital transformation partner, is looking for an experienced Data Management Manager to lead data governance and management engagements for its enterprise and government clients. You will combine consulting expertise with hands‑on technical depth to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assure quality of data management and governance projects from proposal to handover.
• Act as the primary client‑facing consultant, run workshops, advise stakeholders, and shape data governance strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants and technical specialists, assigning workstreams and reviewing deliverables.
• Oversee data quality programs, including profiling, rule design, scorecards, and ongoing monitoring.
• Build and maintain data catalogs and metadata management to ensure discoverability and proper classification.
• Lead reference and master data management initiatives, defining golden records, standards, matching rules, and stewardship processes.
• Align client programs with National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards and ensure compliance with the National Data Index (NDI).

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, and master/reference data management.
• Proven consulting background with ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of Saudi data regulations (PDPL, NDMO standards).
