About the role

The Data Management Specialist will design, implement and maintain robust data management processes and systems to ensure high data quality and governance across the organization. Working closely with technical and business teams, you will drive data integrity, support integration initiatives and provide actionable insights through analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data management processes and systems.
• Develop and enforce data governance practices and standards.
• Perform data cleansing, validation and quality assurance activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver data integration and ETL solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Management Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, governance and quality processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
