About the role
The Firm is looking for a Data Privacy Consultant to execute and manage client engagements focused on information security and privacy frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support client projects involving ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR and other security standards.
- Design, implement and assess security technologies such as SOC, SIEM, PIM, DLP and IDM.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, risk assessments and source‑code reviews for web applications and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and hardening guidelines for operating systems, databases and networks.
Required profile
- 2‑4+ years of experience in information security, risk management and related standards.
- Relevant academic background (BE, CA, MBA) and certifications (CISA, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001) are desirable.
- Client‑facing experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and travel as required.
Required skills
- ISO 27001, NESA, ISR, NIST CSF, GDPR, PCI DSS, ITIL, COBIT.
- Network design, infrastructure audit, IT security, vulnerability and risk assessment.
- SOC, SIEM, PIM, DLP, IDM implementation.
- OS and database hardening, scripting (Perl, PHP, Python, Bash) and programming (C, C++, Java).
- ISMS/BCMS implementation and familiarity with industry domains such as BFSI, telecom and IT/ITES.
