Data Systems & HSE Reporting Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Data Systems & HSE Reporting Lead to oversee the governance, integrity and strategic use of health, safety and environment (HSE) data across its projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role combines deep safety knowledge with data assurance, digital platform management and executive‑level analytics to support senior decision‑making and external reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for HSE management systems such as Enablon and Intelex, managing system integrity, access control and user effectiveness.
• Lead configuration, enhancement and continuous improvement of digital platforms to align with business and assurance requirements.
• Establish robust processes for data collection, verification, validation, reconciliation and quality assurance, ensuring information is accurate, traceable and auditable.
• Identify data anomalies and emerging trends, challenge inconsistent submissions and drive timely resolution of data‑quality issues.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and executive dashboards, performance reports and management narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in HSE data, systems assurance or performance reporting within large‑scale construction or high‑risk projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering executive‑level dashboards and external reporting (e.g., Public Investment Fund submissions).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement digital solutions from concept to production.
