DC Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented DC Controller to join our Supply Chain team. The role focuses on maintaining warehouse efficiency, ensuring inventory accuracy and delivering timely performance reports to support NADEC’s distribution network across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate baseline customer demand by gathering, analysing and validating data.
• Track and update forecast consumption at the customer level.
• Support inventory planning for existing items, new products and phase‑outs.
• Cross‑check daily and monthly inventory activities, identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly DC performance reports (allocation vs. actual receipts).
• Reconcile system records with physical market returns.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance within DC operations.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to reflect accurate system data.
• Track return and receipt of empty crates to and from the Haradh factory.
• Provide shift management reports to aid decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics, preferably in FMCG.

Required skills
