About the role
The Dean of Engineering provides strategic and academic leadership for the College of Engineering, ensuring the continuous development and quality of engineering programmes in line with the university’s strategic objectives and industry needs. Based in Riyadh, the role oversees academic programs, faculty performance, research initiatives, accreditation, and student success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the College of Engineering and its academic programmes.
- Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality‑assurance standards.
- Promote research, innovation, and industry partnerships.
- Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.
- Manage the College’s budget and academic resources.
- Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
