About the role
The Delivery Coordinator supports service advisors by managing vehicle check‑in inspections and movements within the service centre. Based in Dammam, the role ensures that vehicles are safely transferred between reception, workshop, wash bay and parking while allowing advisors to focus on customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and document vehicle condition at drop‑off, noting scratches, dents, mileage and fuel level.
- Take required photographs and complete the vehicle check‑in form.
- Move vehicles safely between reception, workshop, wash bay and parking areas.
- Organise parking, control keys and place protective covers as needed.
- Assist with vehicle delivery preparation and report any damage or incidents immediately.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service teams.
- Basic computer or tablet proficiency.
