Delivery Driver

About the role

IB LOGISTIC is seeking a full‑time Delivery Driver to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in the Jeddah, Mecca, Taif and Qunfudah areas. The role involves picking up, transporting and delivering packages to customers and partner locations while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily routes and load/unload shipments.
• Verify delivery documentation and obtain customer confirmations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow local traffic laws, company safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers and warehouse staff.
• Support warehouse operations when required and promote company services.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift packages, stand for long periods and work reliably.
• Willingness to be trained on company procedures, safety and route optimisation.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail in documentation.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of forklift operation (advantage).
• Proficiency with GPS navigation or mapping applications.
• Familiarity with local routes in Jeddah, Mecca, Taif and Qunfudah.
