Delivery Engineer – Project Implementation

About the role

The Delivery Engineer supports the execution and delivery of awarded projects by handling deployments, system configuration, testing, and implementation support. Working under senior guidance, the role ensures projects meet technical specifications while building expertise in CTPO platform standards and delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment, installation, and configuration activities according to approved designs.
• Assist with integration testing, system validation, and User Acceptance Testing coordination.
• Document test outcomes, track issues, and follow up on resolutions.
• Monitor delivery tasks, milestones, and timelines; maintain risk registers, issue trackers, and dependency lists.
• Prepare and update implementation documentation, technical records, and status reports.
• Validate system configurations against technical specifications and support environment setup.
• Participate in internal and customer delivery meetings, capture action items, and coordinate with technical and operations teams.
• Execute assigned implementation activities while adhering to quality, security, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in system implementation, delivery engineering, technical support or deployment activities.
• Exposure to enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud platforms or integration projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks within project timelines and work effectively in team environments.
