Delivery Manager – West

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the execution of major airfield development works within a large‑scale airport program in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for integrating multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and stakeholder teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of critical airport infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of airfield scope including runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, lighting, and related facilities.
• Implement the Project Delivery Plan, aligning with master schedule, design intent, operational requirements, and airport authority standards.
• Monitor construction progress, manage deliverables, and drive timely completion of milestones.
• Oversee project planning, phasing, sequencing, and change control to minimise operational disruptions.
• Review cost reports, verify variations, and support commercial teams in claim avoidance.
• Act as primary interface between contractors, consultants, airport operators, authorities, and internal delivery teams.

Required profile

• Approximately 25 years of experience delivering complex airfield or aviation infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale construction programmes.
• Strong expertise in risk control, interface management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with contract administration, change management, and performance tracking.
