Delivery Partner Manager – Quick Commerce & Last Mile Logistics

About the role

Join Amazon's fast‑growing Quick Commerce team as a Delivery Partner Manager, helping entrepreneurs and established carriers launch and scale their last‑mile logistics businesses across Saudi Arabia. You will act as both advisor and operating partner, guiding Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) through strategy, operations and compliance to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25‑30 DSP owners, ranging from first‑time entrepreneurs to seasoned logistics carriers.
• Collaborate with internal Program Managers, Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure DSPs meet program requirements and scale efficiently.
• Identify operational, financial and safety challenges, provide data‑driven recommendations, and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and maintain two‑way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs and product strategy groups.
• Travel across the Kingdom as needed to support DSPs on‑site and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in logistics, supply‑chain management or related fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships with business owners and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
