Deputy Educational Team Leader for Elite Family in Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Educational Team Leader to deliver personalised education for a small group of children from an ultra‑high net‑worth family in Riyadh. Reporting to the Education Team Leader, you will oversee curriculum delivery, teacher performance and the overall learning environment within the family residence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of teachers providing bespoke education aligned with Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel curricula.
• Assist the Educational Team Leader in designing, implementing and monitoring a tailored educational programme.
• Manage timetables, resources and day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Incorporate global perspectives, critical thinking and creative problem‑solving into lessons.
• Evaluate student progress through personalised assessments and observations.
• Organise regular meetings with teachers to review goals, outcomes and curriculum alignment.

Required profile

• Significant teaching and leadership experience in high‑performing or elite schools.
• Qualified teacher in a core subject (Mathematics, English, or Sciences) with a strong record of academic excellence.
• Proven ability to manage a team of educators and develop individualised education plans.
• Familiarity with British or American international curricula and culturally responsive teaching.
• Experience working with children from elite or culturally significant backgrounds.
