Deputy Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Project Manager to lead and support construction and renovation projects for airport lounges, hotels and F&B outlets across Saudi Arabia and, when required, the EMEA region. The role ensures end‑to‑end delivery from design through handover while maintaining quality, safety and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual obligations, statutory regulations and relevant standards.
• Oversee financial, commercial, contractual and technical aspects of ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with landlords, designers, consultants, suppliers and contractors to implement PPG concepts and control quality.
• Prepare tender documentation, develop project schedules and produce budget estimates and cost plans.
• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of project staff, monitoring performance and progress.
• Define project scope for new airport lounges, hotels and F&B outlets in KSA and international locations.
• Collect, analyse and evaluate data on project progress, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain a database of suppliers and contractors and conduct regular coordination meetings with the Operations Team.
• Report progress to senior management and perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior directors.

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, design or engineering consultancy, preferably in hospitality, airport lounges, hotels or F&B sectors.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime.
