Design Experience Trainee (Co‑op)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Design Experience Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands‑on experience in design processes, creative thinking and presenting ideas, supporting the team in developing design concepts and communicating them effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives, audience needs and user insights (design thinking).
• Develop professional presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and refine content for clarity, accuracy and impact.
• Draft messages and content, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to create compelling material for various platforms.
• Conduct research to understand topics, industry context and audience needs, translating insights into clear visuals and narratives.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Marketing, Design or a related field.
• Strong storytelling and information‑structuring abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).
• Basic design principles knowledge (layout, typography, visual hierarchy).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
