About the role

We are partnering with a leading international contractor delivering hyperscale data centre projects across the GCC. The Design Manager will lead design management and coordination for large‑scale, mission‑critical data centre developments.

Key responsibilities

Manage design coordination for large‑scale data centre projects.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors and construction teams.

Required profile

Currently working on a live data centre project.
Proven data centre / mission‑critical experience.
Strong design management and multidisciplinary coordination experience.
Experience coordinating CSA and MEP design packages.
Ability to manage the design process from pre‑construction through delivery.
Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (preferred).
Main contracting experience highly advantageous.
