DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Damam, Saudi Arabia. You will design, develop and automate cloud‑native infrastructure, maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure the reliability of our On‑Demand Connectivity and eUICC IoT Manager solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and automate infrastructure using IaC principles (Terraform, Helm).
• Build and maintain robust GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Install, configure and manage Kubernetes clusters on Google Cloud Platform.
• Own production systems with a “you build it, you run it” mindset, handling monitoring, observability and incident response to meet SLA targets.
• Provide 24/7 onsite operational support, participate in Change Advisory Board reviews and act as a technical bridge between development, validation and customers.
• Prepare technical documentation, customer acceptance plans and operational readiness reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in systems administration, solutions delivery or integration engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with highly critical production systems and ITSM processes (incident, change, problem, SLA).
• Strong background in public cloud (preferably GCP), Kubernetes, container orchestration and GitLab.
• Advanced Linux administration (minimum 3 years) and solid networking knowledge (IPv4, TCP/IP, routing).
• Experience with databases such as Cassandra and MySQL.
• Telecom domain experience with eSIM technologies is a plus.
