Digital Business & Proposal Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a fresh graduate in Information Technology to join an engineering consulting firm as a Digital Business & Proposal Coordinator. The role combines technical, design, communication and organisational skills to support proposal development, business communications and digital platform management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and format technical and financial proposals, gathering inputs and following up on them.
• Design presentations, introductory marketing materials and visual content for the company.
• Follow up on proposals, communicate with clients and coordinate requests and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms and digital content.
• Work with collaboration and work‑management tools such as SharePoint, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp or similar.
• Organise information and support digital communication and coordination across teams.

Required profile

• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Good graphic‑design and presentation‑preparation abilities.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, organisational and follow‑up skills with attention to detail.
• Quick learner, able to work independently and as part of a team.
