Digital Commerce & Platform Specialist

About the role

Dr. Nutrition is seeking a motivated Digital Commerce & Platform Specialist to oversee and continuously improve its digital assets, including the main website, a secondary brand site, and the mobile application. The role focuses on execution, performance optimization, and delivering an excellent online customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Dr. Nutrition websites and mobile app.
• Maintain product catalogs, pricing, promotions, content, and landing pages.
• Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate bug fixes and new feature releases with developers.
• Test and validate website and app functionality to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Optimize user journeys, conversion rates, and overall UX.
• Analyze customer behavior using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support SEO initiatives and ensure best practices across all digital platforms.
• Oversee integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, CRM systems, and marketplaces.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering traffic, sales, conversion rates, and engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, website management, or related digital platform roles.
• Proven ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in health, nutrition, supplements, pharmacy, or wellness sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile application management (iOS & Android) and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.
