Digital Governance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Digital Governance Specialist to join Reef Holding in Riyadh. The role will support the implementation and monitoring of digital governance policies, ensuring compliance with national regulations and strengthening the company’s governance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of digital governance policies across all departments.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Develop, update and document governance frameworks, registers and policy documentation.
• Maintain governance registers, digital records and prepare data for audits and reports.
• Participate in digital maturity assessments, track corrective actions and support risk remediation.
• Prepare periodic governance performance reports and coordinate with regulatory bodies and audit teams.
• Support internal awareness programs on governance and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT governance, digital transformation, compliance or cybersecurity support roles.
