Digital Learning Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Learning Trainer to enhance digital learning, drive engagement, and support the continuous development of our teams. The role focuses on managing digital learning platforms, monitoring participation, and creating engaging learning materials that align with Dior’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain digital learning platforms such as My Dior and SkillsUp.
• Upload, update, and monitor learning content and track completion rates.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of platform issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly learning reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
• Create engaging learning materials and communications using Canva.
• Develop short learning videos and tutorials with CapCut.
• Support trainers and employees with digital tools and drive adoption of digital learning.
• Collaborate with store managers, beauty consultants, and regional teams.

Required profile

• Experience in digital learning, L&D, training or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication abilities.
• Creative, proactive and digitally minded attitude.
• Experience in luxury or beauty sectors is an advantage.
