Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing initiatives in Riyadh. The role will give you hands‑on experience in market research, strategy development and customer engagement within a fast‑growing growth‑technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across programmatic media, affiliates and creators.
• Provide customer service support, engage with clients to understand their needs and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience or academic exposure to market research and marketing strategy implementation.
• Basic understanding of sales principles.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is beneficial.
