Digital Marketing Generalist / Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Generalist / Growth Marketer to join our on‑site team in Jeddah. The role blends performance‑driven paid acquisition with rapid short‑form content creation, allowing you to test creative concepts, produce videos, write copy, and launch campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, monitoring spend, CPA, ROAS and CTR.
• Produce high‑converting short‑form videos (UGC style) using a smartphone and edit them for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with tools such as CapCut.
• Write persuasive ad copy, video scripts and daily social captions that drive conversions.
• Maintain visual brand consistency using Canva and AI‑generated assets, creating simple ad creatives, story frames and thumbnails.
• Analyse performance data, generate actionable reports and adjust targeting strategies to sustain growth.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising or hands‑on content creation; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• High energy, adaptability and a test‑and‑learn mindset focused on rapid execution.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail for framing and visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads.
• CapCut (or similar video editing tools), Canva.
• Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney.
