Digital Marketing Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Generalist to strengthen SITN’s digital presence, support brand growth, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels. The role combines hands‑on social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and content creation to drive business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Manage SITN’s presence on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
• Plan, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content and campaigns across all platforms.
• Build and maintain a consistent monthly pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales to track lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion opportunities.
• Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and organic traffic growth.
• Produce professional marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, designers, and media partners.
• Assist in media buying, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular reports on leads, engagement, traffic, and campaign results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or SEO.
• Proven track record of generating and maintaining a healthy lead pipeline.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads platforms.
• Experience in media buying and paid‑advertising campaign management.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and consistent brand presentation.
