About the role
Boutiqaat is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and shape its digital growth strategy. You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, mentor a high‑performing team, and turn data insights into measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, social, email, display, etc.) aligned with business goals.
- Analyse performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, traffic, engagement) and continuously improve ROI.
- Oversee content creation, manage editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter/X, YouTube and the website.
- Collaborate with Sales and media partners to amplify campaigns and support acquisition efforts.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of SEO specialists, social media managers and content creators.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, track KPIs and report insights to senior management.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends.
- Drive traffic to the website and mobile app through SEO, PPC and performance marketing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- 9–12 years of digital marketing experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing integrated digital campaigns and teams.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
