Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Fahad AlSwailem Holdings is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the group’s online presence in Riyadh. The role will design and execute integrated digital strategies that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all corporate social media accounts and digital channels.
• Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Design lead‑generation programmes for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Coordinate content creation with designers, videographers and copywriters.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Oversee website performance, SEO and local visibility via Google Business Profile and Google Maps.
• Monitor campaign metrics and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini to enhance efficiency and content quality.
• Build and maintain lead databases and acquisition funnels.
• Collaborate with senior management and business development teams to support growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing corporate social media and paid‑media campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to report on performance and optimise spend.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects.
