Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will shape and grow our digital presence by designing and executing high‑impact campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions, and elevate the brand across all online channels. This data‑driven, creative role sits at the heart of our marketing team and works closely with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, community engagement and performance analysis.
• Drive content marketing and SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Plan, execute and analyse email marketing campaigns using automation tools for lifecycle marketing.
• Monitor website performance, analyse traffic funnels and optimise conversion rates.
• Track, measure and report on key KPIs to continuously improve ROI.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, algorithm changes and industry innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with successful campaign outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance‑based decisions.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for digital formats.
• Solid project management and organisational abilities.
