Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The company, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive its online presence and e‑commerce growth in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
• Manage the company’s e‑commerce platforms and marketplace accounts.
• Execute paid search, social media, display and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyse performance data using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital trends, consumer behaviour and the Saudi digital landscape.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver successful initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Saudi national (Saudisation requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce, preferably in pharma, consumer healthcare or OTC.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Social media marketing expertise.
• Email marketing and online advertising proficiency.
• Experience managing e‑commerce platforms and marketplace accounts.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
