Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Konh is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who deeply understands the Saudi market and has hands‑on experience in marketing or creative agencies. The role goes beyond planning campaigns; it involves shaping strategy, leading a multidisciplinary team, reviewing creative ideas, meeting clients, and ensuring every marketing output aligns with clear business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients.
• Build monthly marketing plans and define content direction.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate content, design and performance teams.
• Review and approve campaign concepts before client presentations.
• Engage with clients to capture business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and target audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all creative assets, designs and ads are aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to guarantee timely execution.
• Prepare reports and present results to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, especially the Eastern Province.
• Proven ability to lead teams and make decisive decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Based in Saudi Arabia; residency in the Eastern Province is preferred.
