About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and support real estate sales and leasing activities. This role manages all online channels, campaigns, and analytics to maximize ROI and engage prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and real‑estate projects.
• Manage digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, online advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns to generate leads and support property sales and leasing.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to align digital initiatives with overall strategies.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources to maximise ROI.
• Lead, mentor and supervise the digital marketing team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and consultants for specialised campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real‑estate or property development.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and optimise successful digital campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication and project‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
