Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple online channels. The role focuses on boosting brand awareness, attracting new customers, and improving overall campaign performance to support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans for social media, search engines, and email channels.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor platform performance and analyse data using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce consistent marketing assets.
• Perform SEO activities to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Manage email marketing databases and execute targeted campaigns.
• Test and optimise landing pages to increase conversion rates.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising management.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour and digital customer experience (UX).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
