Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fahad AlSwailem Holding is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to boost the group’s online presence, manage paid media channels and generate qualified leads that translate into real business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate social media accounts and all digital marketing channels.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) and other paid platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad‑copy testing and continuous campaign optimisation.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Create, coordinate and publish digital content, working with designers and videographers.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Update the company website, support SEO initiatives and improve local visibility via Google Business Profile and Google Maps.
• Analyse performance data (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and produce regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure proper follow‑up of marketing‑generated leads.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini) to enhance research, content creation and campaign efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Google Ads (mandatory).
• Experience creating and optimising paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Ability to turn digital activities into qualified leads.
