Digital Marketing Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

You will drive the company’s digital presence across key social platforms and help generate new business opportunities. Working in a fast‑paced startup environment, you will create compelling copy, manage campaigns, and optimise SEO to grow the brand from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Write on‑brand copy for social posts, ads, emails, landing pages, blogs and other marketing assets.
• Plan, create and maintain content calendars for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Grow and engage the social community, staying current with platform trends and best practices.
• Identify and outreach to potential clients and partners via social media, email and online communities.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and drip sequences.
• Conduct keyword research and apply on‑page SEO to website copy, blog posts and landing pages.
• Monitor SEO performance and recommend content or technical improvements.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, organic traffic) and adjust strategy based on data.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to align marketing activities with business goals.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or copywriting.
• Proven track record managing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting ability with adaptable tone across platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with SEO tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Comfortable with outreach and relationship‑building through digital channels.
• Previous experience in a startup or resource‑lean environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
