Digital Marketing Specialist (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will drive our social media presence and support customers across digital channels. The role focuses on creating and executing strategies that boost brand visibility, engagement and sales in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and respond to consumer inquiries, complaints and troubleshooting requests in both Arabic and English.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns to reach target audiences and increase engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling copy and visual content for all platforms.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Experience in FMCG or a digital advertising agency is a plus.
• Strong copywriting abilities in Arabic and English.
• Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
