Digital Sales Content Manager

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a Digital Sales Content Manager to lead the creation and delivery of commercial content that drives revenue, customer engagement and conversion across its digital and sales channels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, turning market insights and commercial priorities into compelling storytelling that supports route launches, promotional offers and partnership campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the content strategy for all commercial digital and sales touchpoints.
• Translate customer insights, market trends and business objectives into clear content requirements and messaging frameworks.
• Oversee content governance, ensuring brand consistency, quality standards and approval processes are met.
• Manage external agencies and creative partners, monitoring performance against KPIs, SLAs and quality expectations.
• Coordinate integrated sales and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from email and social media to in‑flight and website platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion rates and overall commercial value across markets.

Required profile

• University degree (any field).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in content management, digital marketing or commercial marketing.
• Proven track record delivering commercial campaigns, promotional offers, route launches or partnership marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, content marketing, distribution and channel planning.
• Experience in highly regulated, customer‑focused industries such as aviation, travel, hospitality or e‑commerce is a plus.
