Digital & Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Digital & Social Media Specialist will drive Albawani’s online presence, creating and managing content across social platforms and the corporate website. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and delivering data‑driven insights to improve digital performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily social media activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other platforms.
• Create, write and schedule content that follows best practices and brand guidelines.
• Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and track emerging trends.
• Maintain and update website content using CMS tools, ensuring SEO optimisation.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors and internal teams to develop digital assets such as banners, emailers, videos and social posts.
• Research digital trends and apply best practices to increase engagement.
• Analyse performance with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Insights, preparing monthly KPI reports.
• Design and launch digital campaigns across organic and paid channels, including Google Ads and email marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media accounts and website CMS platforms.
• Proven ability to analyse digital metrics and optimise campaigns.
