Digital & Social Platforms Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a dynamic Digital & Social Platforms Specialist to lead and grow its digital presence in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing the company’s website and social media channels, executing paid media campaigns, and turning digital interactions into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the corporate website and all social media platforms.
• Oversee website updates, UX improvements, content management, and performance optimization.
• Develop, own, and execute the social media content calendar and publishing schedule.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media and performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Monitor digital performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions) and produce regular reports.
• Ensure lead capture and seamless integration into CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, content, PR, and product marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Support content distribution and campaign execution across platforms.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing websites and CMS platforms.
• Proven track record executing paid media and performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Experience integrating leads into CRM systems and managing sales funnels.
• Mandatory experience working in a real‑estate company.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics and reporting (traffic, leads, conversions).
• Experience managing social media strategy and content calendars.
• Demonstrated ability to work with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
