Digital & Social Platforms Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a Digital & Social Platforms Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia, based on site. The role manages, optimizes and grows the company's digital and social media presence, developing and running digital strategies, tracking trends, engaging online communities and analyzing performance metrics to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain websites and social media platforms, including updates, UX, content management and performance optimization
• Own and run the social media content calendar and publishing schedule
• Plan, run and optimize paid media and performance marketing campaigns
• Monitor traffic, leads and conversions, and prepare reports
• Ensure leads are captured and integrated into CRM systems, and work with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
• Coordinate with Brand, Content, PR, Product Marketing teams and external agencies, and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or performance marketing
• Proven experience in paid media and performance marketing campaign execution
• Experience in CRM lead integration and sales funnel management
• Experience in a real estate company (mandatory)
• Experience managing social media strategy and content calendars, and working with agencies and cross-functional teams
