About the role

Worley is seeking a Digital Trainee to support the adoption of digital tools and technologies across its projects and business operations. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in data collection, analysis, and the development of digital solutions within a global energy and engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and adoption of digital tools, platforms, and technologies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project and operational data to generate insights.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify automation and digital optimisation opportunities.
• Assist in development, testing, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and digital solutions.
• Help manage data quality, governance, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide user support and training for digital systems and applications.
• Stay informed on emerging digital technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, visualization tools, automation, or programming.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills with a proactive learning mindset.
