Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

The Digital Transformation Manager will lead the design and delivery of digital initiatives across Abdul Latif Jameel Logistics, enhancing operational visibility, customer experience, productivity, data quality and integration across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a logistics digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy and enterprise technology standards.
• Lead business design, implementation, adoption and benefits realization of digital platforms and automation initiatives.
• Provide concise progress, budget, risk, adoption and benefit‑realization reports to governance committees.
• Translate operational and customer requirements into business cases, functional requirements, process designs and delivery priorities.
• Manage vendors and partners through clear deliverables, service levels and escalation mechanisms.
• Coordinate implementation partners, technology teams, vendors and business owners to deliver approved initiatives within scope, budget and timeline.
• Establish project governance, risk controls, change management, user training and post‑implementation performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology‑enabled change or business systems.
• At least 3 years managing complex cross‑functional projects.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
