About the role

Leads and manages day‑to‑day sales activities, focusing on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships to achieve property sales objectives. The role also sets personal booking goals and recommends targets for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the sales leader and management, creating segment plans that address revenue, customers and market.
• Lead the team to maximize revenue by setting personal booking goals, recommending targets and approving space releases for catering.
• Monitor daily activities of direct reports, participate in sales calls, and manage the operational aspects of bookings including proposals, contracts and customer correspondence.
• Analyze market and financial data using sales systems, support revenue management with accurate forecasts and review guest satisfaction to drive improvements.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling hospitality standards, gathering guest feedback before and after events, and empowering staff to deliver high‑quality experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including off‑property sales channels, HR, engineering and loss‑prevention, and represent the property at trade shows and customer events.

Required profile

• 2‑year associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams, set and achieve booking goals, and deliver outstanding customer service in a hospitality environment.
