Director of Digital Media

About the role

Sama Al Arabia is seeking a Director of Digital Media to lead the planning, development, and execution of digital media strategies for its clients. Based in Riyadh, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with account, content, and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of multi‑channel digital media plans aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee media buying, optimization, and performance tracking across all digital platforms.
• Supervise social media activities, ensuring effective content distribution and audience engagement.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation and ROI improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Maintain strong client relationships and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media planning and digital media, preferably within an agency setting in the MENA region.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
