Director of FF&E & OS&E for Hospitality Portfolio

About the role

The Director of FF&E & OS&E will provide functional leadership and strategic oversight for furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies & equipment (OS&E) across Qiddiya Investment Company’s hospitality portfolio. The role is responsible for establishing standards, governance and delivery frameworks to ensure high‑quality guest experiences and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cross‑functional FF&E and OS&E delivery from design through operational readiness, managing sequencing, logistics, quality assurance and timeline alignment.
• Provide functional direction on integration requirements, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and coordinated execution.
• Develop, standardize and continuously refine operational frameworks, methodologies and delivery approaches for scalable hospitality development.
• Manage interfaces and cross‑disciplinary coordination to mitigate risks and enable integrated decision‑making among internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead end‑to‑end FF&E and OS&E lifecycle oversight, including planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, installation, asset tagging and handover.
• Review and coordinate design specifications, value engineering and material selection to support cost optimisation and guest experience goals.
• Lead strategic procurement activities, supplier engagement, tender support, evaluation processes and production oversight.
• Plan and execute logistics, warehousing, customs coordination and implementation activities.
• Ensure alignment with operator requirements, brand standards and asset management priorities through reviews, mock‑ups and handover activities.
