Director of FF&E & OS&E

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a senior professional to lead Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) across its hospitality portfolio. The role provides functional leadership, strategic oversight, and governance to ensure high‑quality design, guest experience, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end FF&E and OS&E delivery from design and budgeting through operational readiness, including sequencing, logistics, quality assurance and validation.
• Provide functional direction on integration requirements, aligning operational priorities with development timelines.
• Develop, standardize and continuously refine operational frameworks, methodologies and delivery approaches for scalable hospitality development.
• Manage cross‑disciplinary coordination, mitigate interface risks and enable integrated decision‑making with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead strategic procurement activities, supplier engagement, tender support, evaluation processes and production oversight.
• Plan and execute logistics, warehousing, customs coordination and implementation activities.
• Oversee review of design specifications, value engineering, material selection and cost optimisation.
• Ensure alignment with operator requirements, brand standards and asset‑management priorities through reviews, mock‑ups and handover activities.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with proven functional leadership in hospitality development.
• Strategic oversight capability for large‑scale FF&E and OS&E programmes.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder interfaces.
• Experience in budgeting, logistics planning and procurement governance.
