Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the finance function for a leading FMCG food manufacturing company in Dammam. Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide strategic financial insight, drive performance management and support key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and financial target‑setting.
• Own the management reporting framework and deliver insightful reports to executive leadership.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic interventions.
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team on growth, profitability and investment decisions.
• Oversee pricing strategy, margin optimization, product profitability and trade investment analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to improve cost structure and efficiency.
• Drive FP&A transformation initiatives, including automation, ERP enhancements and BI reporting.
• Build and develop a high‑performing FP&A team, ensuring succession planning and a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior FP&A or business finance leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CMA, CPA, CFA) strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in FMCG manufacturing is required.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner and influence commercial decisions.
