About the role

The Director of Front Services leads the Front of House operations at Rosewood Red Sea, ensuring a seamless, personalized guest journey from arrival to departure. This senior position shapes service standards, drives guest satisfaction, and supports the resort’s commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all Front of House functions, including Guest Relations, Concierge, and Butler departments.
• Oversee daily Front Office operations to maintain service consistency, efficiency, and readiness.
• Drive guest satisfaction, personalization, and service recovery in line with luxury standards.
• Maintain a strong presence in guest areas, welcoming VIPs and upholding service standards.
• Manage arrivals, departures, room allocations, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Ensure accurate guest history data is used to enhance personalization.
• Monitor quality audits (Forbes, LQA, brand standards) and implement corrective actions.
• Maximize revenue through upselling, inventory management, and promotion of resort services.
• Control departmental budgets, labor productivity, and payroll forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office leadership team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of Front Office or Rooms Division experience.
• At least 2‑3 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong background in Front of House operations and guest experience.
• Proven ability to drive service excellence and commercial performance.
• Experience managing budgets, labor productivity, and financial performance.
