Director of Revenue – Luxury Destination

About the role

As Director of Revenue for Wadi Safar, you will act as the strategic architect of revenue optimisation for one of the world’s most ambitious ultra‑luxury destinations. You will shape and execute a forward‑looking revenue strategy that maximises profitability, drives total revenue performance, and safeguards the brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall revenue strategy across all properties and market segments.
• Drive optimisation of rooms, suites, ancillary spend and emerging revenue streams.
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing, positioning and demand generation aligned with the brand vision.
• Partner with senior leadership and ownership to set revenue targets, KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Lead dynamic pricing and yield management across all distribution channels.
• Optimise inventory allocation to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while protecting brand integrity.
• Continuously evaluate market demand, competitor activity and booking patterns to inform real‑time decisions.
• Maintain rate integrity across direct, OTA, luxury consortia and wholesale channels.
• Own forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking, delivering data‑driven insights to leadership.
• Oversee distribution strategies, optimise channel mix and strengthen direct booking initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue strategy and commercial leadership within luxury hospitality.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Executive presence to partner with senior leadership and ownership.
