Director of Rooms – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea is seeking a Director of Rooms who is fluent in Arabic to lead the opening team. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will oversee Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and Housekeeping operations, ensuring the brand’s luxury standards are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and Housekeeping teams.
• Maintain Four Seasons service standards across all rooms and public areas.
• Drive training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage guest experience from arrival to departure, handling complex requests and issues.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless resort operations.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic language proficiency.
• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hotel rooms divisions.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and join an opening team.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
