Plant Digital Marketing is a leading system‑integration consultancy delivering innovative digital OT solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales and Business Development to accelerate revenue growth, nurture client relationships, and lead a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive sales and business‑development strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a hybrid business‑development team to exceed sales quotas.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities while maintaining a robust pipeline.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, delivery, solution consulting and customer support to deliver cohesive client solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in technology or system‑integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
