District Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading, high‑growth food & beverage brand to appoint a District Manager responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations across Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of Area Managers, drive operational excellence, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Build a high‑performance, accountable culture and manage succession planning.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Own the district P&L, identify revenue growth opportunities, and optimise costs.
• Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion a customer‑first mindset, monitor feedback, and enhance service delivery.
• Support new store openings, market expansion, and local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in QSR/F&B operations.
• 3–5+ years managing at Area Manager level or above.
• Proven track record leading multi‑site operations.
